Can I change which fruit I get in my box?

All our clients are encouraged to contact us with their fruit preferences as we are more than happy to exclude or include fruits to your chosen boxes.

What days do you deliver?

We deliver to all locations Saturday to Thursday depending on your preference.

What time will my fruit arrive?

We aim for all deliveries to be completed before 2pm. Occasionally, due to circumstances out of our control there may be a delay with your delivery. Our team are always available for further information and assurance.

How do I place an order?

How do I pay for my order?

Upon delivery of your order, The Fruit Box ME requires cash payment. All deliveries will have an attached invoice for your records.

Can I stop or change my order? Are there any contracts?

We don't lock our customers into any sneaky contracts with hidden terms and conditions. Our business model is built on trust and friendly customer service.

We only ask you that any change or alteration to your box is received 24hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. We will always try our best but appreciate 24hours notice to ensure client satisfaction.
